We understand that sizing can vary from brand to brand and there may be some uncertainty when ordering. That is why we are always here to answer any questions you may have. Feel free to email us with purchasing questions at email@example.com.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
We are a small business with limited inventory and have to strictly enforce return policies so we can ensure that our business remains successful. That being said, we hope you LOVE your purchase, but if you are dissatisfied for any reason, we will gladly accept any full-priced clothing within 14 days of delivery for a full refund, exchange or store credit. Customer to pay return shipping. All items must have their original tags and be in their original condition (unwashed, unworn and unaltered).
If you simply need a new size in the same item, please be aware that we have limited quantities of each item and we cannot guarantee you another size.
Please include your original invoice with your returned items and allow 5 business days after your package has been delivered to us, for us to process your refund or store credit. Mill Street is not responsible for any return packages that are lost or damaged. We recommend you mail your return with a tracking number for your records. New unworn merchandise will be refunded in original payment form less shipping and handling.
All sale, clearance, accessories, jewelry, swimsuits, bralettes, masks, and body/bodysuit items are final sale and cannot be returned.
Shoes are non-refundable, but may be exchanged or returned for store credit. Shoe returns will only be accepted if they are returned to us in their original box with no damage. Damaged boxes are subject to a $10 repackaging fee. When returning your shoe order please place it in a separate box or mailer (do not attach a mailing label to the shoe box).
PRE-ORDERS cannot be canceled for a refund but we are happy to issue a store credit instead.
HOLIDAY EXTENDED RETURNS
Our extended Holiday Return Window allows clothing and shoes purchased from December 1 to be returned by January 10 for exchange or store credit.
